Qt是一款C++应用开发工具，包括类库和跨平台开发工具。

Qt的ToUnicode函数扩展畸形Unicode字符串的方式存在单字节溢出漏洞，如果链接到Qt的应用程序解析了畸形的Unicode字符串的话，就可能触发这个溢出，导致拒绝服务或执行任意代码。
